One of our consultants will come out to your home or office and go through details of your design ideas and take measurements. As we couldn’t possibly carry all samples out to site, you are invited to attend our showroom at 8 Cassola Place Penrith 2750 to assist you with colour choices and samples can be borrowed.
Your quote will be sent to you for perusal and upon acceptance of the quote a deposit is required.
Cassola Kitchens Design, Quote, Progressive Payment and Install Process
Upon receipt of an enquiry from a client, an appointment is made with Nathan to attend the clients home or office to measure the work site, and discuss what it is they want to see happen, eg: more bench space or cabinets and storage. Nathan will give suggestions and ensure the client understands the reasons for his suggestions.
A rough sketch of the design and layout is done onsite and further discussions regarding what other trades are required eg: Plumbing/Electrical/Tiling etc, and ensure the client is happy with layout. Cassola Quality Kitchens supply a written quote to the client and it is sent via email or post.
Upon acceptance of the quote, a check measure is carried out and a deposit of 20% is required.
Lead time from the Initial Deposit to Completion is approximately 6 weeks.
At installation stage a 2nd payment is required.
If you want we can work out a payment plan for you when you accept your quote from Cassola Kitchens, please discuss on the initial visit with Nathan or your representative from Cassola Kitchens.
Allowance for the installation of a kitchen including removal is 1-2 days, longer if Stone and/or glass required.
Upon completion of your new kitchen, a final adjustment is done.
We like to take photos of the completed kitchens.
The paperwork is completed and final payment.
